How
to make calls
|
|
You
may use any of the following methods to access your Telesave account from your
mobile:
|
| 1. |
Use our Freephone access number 0800
066 2266 - there may be a charge for this call
from your mobile service provider, please check with them!
|
| 2. |
Use our 020 landline number -
020 7043 9950 - this should appeal to those of you who get free minutes
from your mobile phone provider as they can't usually be used to call a 0800
number but can for a landline!
|
| 3. |
Take advantage of our
Dial 'n' Earn scheme by using our non-geographic National rate
access number - 0870
068 5555 or our non-geographic
fixed rate
access numbers - 0871
504 0000 & 0844
484 0444 . If
you get free minutes from your mobile phone provider, the 0870 number should
be covered and there's a fair chance that the 0871 or 0844 may be too but please check with them.

Make
your mobile work for you! Call when you want to and still
save money |
|
|
- Don't press your send button twice!
In other words, dial our access number, press send, then when you're connected
to Telesave, dial the number you wish to call but then don't press send
again or your call may not go via Telesave! Please check your mobile
phone's manual for full instructions if you're at all unsure about how to make
calls via Telesave on your mobile.
- Telesave will not guarantee that an alternative 0800 number will be made available
if the present 0800 number is barred by a mobile service provider, although
obviously every effort will be made.
- You may only make one call on your account at any one time, i.e. if you are making a
call with Telesave from home, you cannot use your mobile to make a call with Telesave until
you finish your initial call.
