How to register  |  How to make calls
One Call our registration line 0800 066 4444 from the phone line you wish to register (our system will automatically pick up the number you're calling from, you won't need to enter it).  You will be asked a couple of questions that you answer by pressing the number keys on your telephone.
Two You will then be asked how much money you'd like to add to your account (from 10 to 40 pounds) and will be asked for your credit or debit card details (we accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro (Switch), Delta and Solo cards).  The first time you charge your account you'll need to enter the three digit security code on the back of your card and your postcode digits (i.e., if your postcode is LS13 4NN you would enter 134). 
Three We will immediately authorize the card details you have given with your bank and you'll also be asked if you'd like our system to remember your card details.  If you select this option you won't need to enter your card number each time you recharge; if you don't select this option, you will - the choice is entirely yours.  As long as the transaction is approved you can start to make calls and saving money right away!

Four If your account is to be used by several people at the same time, please contact Customer Service and ask for your account to be made multi-use; or if you have several different CLI's you'd like running off the one main account, once again, please contact our Customer Service department to arrange this.
