Over the last few years we have shifted our focus more towards wholesale telephony, mainly supplying other telecom service providers with telephone services on a wholesale basis. This has been very successful for us and so we plan to concentrate more in this area.

I am aware that you have been a customer for very many years and as we begin to shift our commercial focus further I am keen to make sure that customers who are using our services for their own use rather than reselling services do not suffer from any degradation of service.

With this in mind we have made the very hard decision to discontinue the Telesave service, including Telesave Traveller and Telesave Number Translations.

From 1st February 2021 no further 'top ups' will be accepted and then service will cease on the service when the call credit runs out, or after 12 months when the call credit expires (whichever comes first.)

I encourage you to take advantage of our great rates and use up any remaining credit on your Telesave account, as any refunds of call credit will be subject to an administration charge of £5.00 or 10% of the remaining balance, in line with our Terms and Conditions.

Following the closure of our service, any personal data that we hold for you will be appropriately stored and then deleted in line with the Privacy Policy on our website.
